About Wing Chun

Wing Chun Gung Fu is an efficient and effective method of self defense for both males and females, regardless of body type, strength and athletic ability.

The Wing Chun system includes three hand forms, Chi Sau, eight kicking principles, the butterfly knives and the long pole set. The three hand forms are considered the text book of the system while Chi Sau (sticky hands) is considered the laboratory where students learn to apply the hand form skills in a safe and controlled environment.

It's through the practice of Chi Sau that students will develop the sensitivity to react based on the energy their partner gives them.

Students will also develop attributes such as timing, power, structure, control, balance and mastery over all the techniques in the system.
